A series of common head sets used in vehicles. We were asked to re-engineer this product line due to the company reshoring the production to the U.S. We laser scanned the physical products, made new CAD models, developed standard parts and parameters to reduce part count while rebuilding the CAD library

An alternative to snorkeling, these weighted helmets allow the user to walk along the bottom of the water, freeing hands and allowing the users to touch and see freely. We helped the customer by improving the prototype design, adding symmetric design elements and developing a better sealing system around the lens. We also helped develop a clearer lens with more surface area for better peripheral vision.

GI Joe Cobra Hiss vehicle. Originally sold by Hasbro in the 80's. We built this from 2D pictures, showing the power to be able to create 3D models from 2D prints without the use of scanning.
