Better than a napkin skecth, quicker than modeling; Our artists can work closely with you and your team to develop robust, relevant, sustainable designs that provoke a better user experiences.
Let our team guide you through our design process that includes market research, styling trends, and color studies. Our artists work closely with our engineers to develop designs that are not only functional, but consumer appealing and easy to use.
WIthin several weeks, you can have turn your idea into reality. Get your ideas into our development funnel today.
Industrial Design

User experience
Your product should be clear and concise; not just in function, but in styling too. Too simple, and the user needs sticky notes to remember how to use it. Too complex and it will sit on the shelf and collect dust.
Our designers are educated in developing user friendly designs by observing, asking, recording, the way the consumer interacts with existing solutions.
We do this through:
1. prototype studies
2. Poles and surveys
3. etc.

Functional Prototypes
Not every idea = reality. Building functional prototypes to prove out concepts and materials is important for a robust final design. Our designers and model makers create functional prototypes that can be market tested for customer feedback, saving you time and money in the future by creating a better mousetrap today
Functional prototypes are typically built prior to final design renderings to prove concepts before spending the engineering dollars to hon the project for manufacturing and longevity.

Photoshop Renderings
Afer the final selection of fit, form, and function. Our artists can create photo realistic renderings to communicate the final design. These renderings can be used to communicate to internal team members and even in final sales and marketing tools.
Photorealistic rendering can also be done with CAD models, however this process is often more costly due to the time needed to first create and engineer the first CAD models.

CAD Renderings
CAD Renderings are an important step of the design process because our team is able to see things in 3D space, with perspective, textures, and shadowing. This helps illuminate issues the photorealistic rendering options fail to illustrate.
Through 3D visualization, we can optimze the designs often before costly tooling is built
CAD Renders, like photoshop renderings, can be used in marketing and sales literature as well as 3D animations demonstrating how a product works, assemblies, or is built.

Form Study
Shape, color, texture, style, size... are all aspects of form study. Form study is brainstorming of how something can look. Typically, not just one form does the job. Often form and function are independent. Think of a cell phone. A smart phone does pretty much the same things whether it is built by Apple or Samsung, however they are very much different
We like to

Features only model
We sometimes have customers request only features of a scan. This can include planes, axii, cylinders, points, and profiles. This is a very low cost way of capturing a ton of data when one does not need the entire model.
Think about scanning a chassis. You do not necessarily need the body. Perhaps you are puting a hotrod on an S10 chassis and you just want the mounting points. This would be much cheaper than modeling the entire chassis.
